February at Delaware State University, Chief Chancellor for United Graduate
College and Seminary Intl., Dr. Clyde Rivers led a global forum to help
facilitate the change of dialogue regarding the New Africa. Dr. Clyde Rivers is
also Founder and President of iChange Nations™. In a forum he engaged
highly esteemed members of Delaware State University in a very important dialogue
expressing a change the conversation over Africa. Rivers said, “As the world
knows, Africa is a prosperous continent with its minerals and resources. What I
see as one of its most important resource are its people. There is a New Africa
on the horizon and we want to honor Africa and those that acknowledge the precious
resource of its people around the world. UGCSI has many online students in
Africa that are proving to the world how astute they are as innovative learners,
which are changing the dialogue over their countries. They are a part of this
New Africa. It was outstanding participating in this forum at this prestigious
and rich in history, Delaware State University.”
Dr. Rivers is the Chief Chancellor for United
Graduate College and Seminary International that is in over 50 nations, and has
over 100,000 graduates. Dr. Martin Wisor founded UGCSI in 1982. It is a private
