2020 Africa Civility Educator of the Year Goes to UGCSI Vice Chancellor
On the 9th of April 2020, IChange Nations, a global organization that
builds statesmen and trains diplomats, honored World Civility Icon Winners from
around the world. I had the privilege to be honored as the 2020 Africa Civility
Educator of the Year.
Though I did not see it coming, I received the award with gladness of
heart. I was also challenged and catapulted to continue pursuing my life
assignment of building people and changing destinies around the world.
Thus, as the 2020 Africa Civility Educator, I am creating a global
initiative called the World Changers Initiative in order to promote Civility,
Honor and Peace in Africa and the world. I am also pioneering the first ever
Africa Civility Show webcast on the Africa Civility TV. This is a platform for
gathering hundreds of thoughtful and iconoclastic Global Leaders, Influencers,
Humanitarians and Doers from around the world who share a common interest in
practical solutions for sustainable development of Africa through Civility,
Changeology, EduSophia and Geniusology. Through this platform, I expect to help
reshape the way the world thinks about and looks at Africa and rebuild her
confidence in herself until she becomes the Oasis of the world.
This award has ignited in me an avid passion to continue work with
different governments, educational institutions, religious and non-religious
organizations, cultures, demographics, and individuals to construct an
educational system that serves local needs by first and foremost helping
individuals awaken to the genius in them. I strongly assert that every human
being is born a genius. This awakening is blessing humanity and making the
world a better place to live in, for humanity will awaken to the realization
that every human being is a solution to, at least, one problem.

Authorship Education: Architecting the Future of Lifelong Education
Authorship Education is a skill based philosophy, which grew from seeing a collective need around the world. In their international workings, Sir Clyde Rivers and Prof. Michal P. Pitzl have experienced firsthand a need for change in societies of the world. Education is one of the most powerful influences on the earth. Education “architects the future.” Authorship Education says that every life is valuable and every human being is created with a skill and a philosophy. It reaches outside traditional norms and runs on the understanding that each person’s skill and philosophy has the potential to solve a problem in this world.
Prof. Rivers and Prof. Pitzl have discovered influential people who have made their world a better place by nontraditional means. They have spotlighted such people in Authorship Education as worthy of receiving Honorary Doctorate degrees for their skills and being “Searchers” of a new philosophy. These qualities make Authorship Education a system that will carry on from generation to generation, architecting a better future.
